What do we provide?

We are pleased to say that there is no charge for any of the cutlery, crockery, napkins etc. However, the staff that we provide for outside events incur a staffing charge of £15.00 per hour for chefs and £8.00 per hour for waiting staff. It is important to us that your event runs perfectly, and therefore a member of the management team will always be on hand to supervise our team and support you at all times. Currently, there may be an additional charge for extra items such as linen, kitchen equipment, BBQs etc.
In addition to our high quality BBQ services, we also provide fully catered Hog Roasts from just £500! (plus staff)

"I would recommend Patricks wholeheartedly. Patrick and Jeni dealt calmly, cheerfully and very helpfully with our event - a combined 21st and 60th birthday party-from start to finish. They held our hands through the early, potentially stressful, decision making stages about aspects of our party other than food and drink such as photobooths and music and coped admirably with our specific requests for the night- from dress code for staff to helping with lighting and bathroom duty. We worked as a team with them deciding who would provide what and everything was delivered on time and as requested. All very professional. At the event itself we had so many compliments about the delicious BBQ food and the friendliness of the staff - each and every one of them - a request to modify the mojitos slightly was met with a smile and delivered no problem. We were left to enjoy our party with our guests. A wonderful added bonus for us as hosts came next morning when Patrick arrived armed with bacon rolls wrapped in foil to feed the hungry 21 year olds who had stayed the night and an industrial sized coffee maker to help wake them up - perfect!
